Heavy duty hydraulic buffer

The ED series heavy-duty hydraulic buffer adopts a hydraulic combined with a built-in accumulator design with a compact structure. While providing large-capacity absorption capacity, it ensures the stability and gentleness of the damping force. The design of ultra-long stroke and ultra-high reciprocating life can be applied to various heavy machinery that require deceleration or damping force control, such as automated warehouses, rail devices, gantry cranes, and automated production lines.
The EI series heavy industrial buffer adopts a gas-liquid hybrid design with a strong single energy absorption capacity, especially suitable for safe braking of large or super-large machinery and equipment. It is widely used in cranes, rail devices, steel, coal, railways and other fields. The large cylinder diameter and high capacity design provide reliable energy absorption capacity while ensuring the application life.

Features and Benefits

Compact design, smooth and safe deceleration, and large energy absorption capacity, up to 800KNm of energy absorbed in each cycle under standard buffer stroke.

Maintenance-free overall design, no external oil or air source required. The ED series uses built-in air bags instead of mechanical return springs, which shortens the total length of the buffer and reduces weight. The EI series uses a nitrogen return system to achieve slow deceleration and fast positive return.

A wide range of optional configurations, including protective sleeves, safety cables, sensors, etc.

Damping force can be designed according to customer needs.

Special epoxy coatings and piston rod materials can be used to resist highly corrosive environments.

The combination of dedicated sealing devices and special liquid oils can achieve an operating temperature range of -40℃ to 100℃.

Shelf life and service life:

The storage period is 3 years and the service life is 1 to 5 years.
