The impact-resistant composite vibration isolator is an innovative product that integrates a variety of advanced technologies and materials. In terms of structure, it adopts a unique composite structure that organically combines metal structural parts with materials with different characteristics such as high-damping rubber. The metal structural parts provide basic bearing capacity and basic stiffness to ensure stability under large loads and impacts; the high-damping rubber can effectively absorb and dissipate vibration energy, and partially compensate for the bearing capacity and stiffness, greatly improving the vibration isolation effect. This combination allows the product to take into account the stability and large deformation of metal vibration isolators and the damping characteristics of rubber, and its performance is far superior to vibration isolators made of a single material.
Atswell series impact-resistant composite isolators are composed of metal structural parts and high-damping rubber elastomers. Compared with single-material isolators of the same size, such as steel rope isolators or rubber isolators, they have stronger load-bearing capacity and excellent impact resistance.
At the same time, the elastic part provides additional damping force, and the energy absorption efficiency is significantly improved; it is especially suitable for vibration isolation of shipborne equipment. When the natural frequency is 12-16Hz, the output G's can be controlled within 15G's.
Excellent impact resistance, able to withstand large impact deformation, and significantly better impact resistance than other types of vibration isolators
This type of product is specially designed to be suitable for full immersion in seawater
This series of impact-resistant composite vibration isolators has a shelf life of 2 years and a service life of 10 years.
